This fly was first introduced in 2006.Devised by Mr. John Graham, who has fished it for many years and found it to be LETHAL for Sea Trout.
Reviewed in Trout & Salmon (July 2006) and also In fly Fishing & Fly Tying (July 2006). This should give you some idea of just how effective this surface lure is.
Best fished at night, this fly causes a big wake which the sea trout find irrestible.They either come up and take the fly very hard, or very gently.
This fly is tied as a tandem approx 2" long with a strong treble hook at the REAR.
The JAMBO has a large head made of deer hair to give buoyancy and to make the large wake.
